Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build state-of-the-art computer vision models for construction drawings.
- Own end-to-end pipelines including data ingestion, labeling, training, evaluation, and inference.
- Scale model performance for accuracy, robustness, and latency across diverse drawing formats.
- Ship models to production and integrate them into customer features.
- Investigate and resolve failure modes using real customer data.
- Apply current research pragmatically to improve model performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training and deploying computer vision and deep learning models.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, detection, document AI, and vision-language tasks.
- Experience in putting machine learning into production with real service level agreements.
- Ability to work with messy, real-world data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Startup mentality with a focus on rapid learning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and guide project execution.
