Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack features end-to-end across patient, clinician, and operational products.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to transform ambiguous problems into software solutions.
- Write scalable code that balances speed of execution with long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and enhance code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Review code and participate in technical discussions to help teammates improve.
- Utilize AI coding tools daily to enhance productivity and workflow.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack, preferably Django/DRF and React/Next.js.
- Experience in system design with the ability to create clean, pragmatic architectures.
- Solid command of AI coding tools and willingness to adopt team workflows.
- Good mentorship instincts and ability to share context generously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with non-engineering stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership mindset advocating for automated testing, CI, and high code quality.
