Responsibilities
- Build API-based products from the ground up.
- Solve hard streaming problems with partial failure recovery.
- Ship enterprise-grade infrastructure with compliance features.
- Implement deep observability with real-time dashboards.
- Integrate AI-centered products with the core evaluation platform.
- Contribute to the backend of Leaderboards and Evals platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience in distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Rust.
- Experience with LLM provider APIs and their challenges.
- Solid cloud infrastructure skills with AWS or GCP.
- A product-oriented mindset focused on developer experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment.
