Base Salary

$75k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise software solutions, enhancements, bug fixes, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, subject matter experts, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and support provider directory feeds, credentialing feeds, provider data quality processes, Medicaid provider registration, and downstream provider data transmissions.
  • Identify and implement improvements in performance, scalability, automation, data quality, repeatability, and process reliability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to reduce operational risk.
  • Create, execute, and evaluate unit and integration tests.
  • Assess architectural impacts and solutions based on business requirements and analyze software requirements for feasibility, time, and cost.
  • Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents and contribute to rollback, post-installation, data migration, and support plan artifacts.
  • Follow security management practices, established security standards, organizational policies, and applicable standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.
  • 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Strong application development and data engineering experience, including software development, programming concepts, and software design.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL/SSIS, Power BI, and SSRS.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Snowflake.
  • Experience working with provider data and provider directory processes, particularly in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs.
