Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing discovery, pilots, demos, and other engagements as the primary technical voice.
- Work onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover developer needs and shape practical solutions.
- Keep customer projects on track through disciplined execution and proactive updates.
- Use appropriate tools, including AI when useful, to deliver fast and reliable customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to elevate the customer voice.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical experience with sufficient full-stack depth to configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations.
- Ability to generate API scripts as needed using Ruby or Python.
- Ability to lead onsite conversations with prospects and enterprise customers, gather requirements, shape technical approaches, and deliver measurable results.
- Clear communication skills for both engineering and non-technical audiences.
- Strong planning, execution, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR technology, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first systems, or integration-heavy systems is preferred.
- Experience taking projects from scoping through delivery while balancing customer needs and technical tradeoffs is preferred.
