Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing discovery, pilot, and demo engagements as the primary technical voice.
- Partner onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to identify needs and shape practical solutions.
- Configure and debug web applications and integrations and generate API scripts as needed.
- Keep customer projects on track through organized execution and proactive updates.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to incorporate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical experience with sufficient full-stack depth to configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations.
- Experience using Ruby or Python to generate API scripts as needed.
- Ability to lead onsite conversations with prospects and enterprise customers, gather requirements, and shape technical approaches.
- Clear communication skills for working with both engineers and non-technical audiences.
- Strong planning, execution, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Preferred experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR technology, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, or API-first and integration-heavy systems.
- Preferred track record of taking projects from scoping through delivery while balancing customer needs and technical tradeoffs.
