Responsibilities
- Build and evolve components end-to-end from Figma review to production-ready.
- Develop and maintain components across native (iOS/Android) and React (web).
- Create clear usage guidelines and documentation for components.
- Use AI tools to enhance component development and documentation processes.
- Ensure components meet accessibility standards by default.
- Define and maintain design token architecture for consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers to support cross-team adoption of the design system.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in frontend, UX engineering, or design engineering.
- Expertise in cross-platform development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
- Strong fluency in Figma and understanding of design systems.
- Experience with design token architecture and its implementation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, iOS/Android).
- Proficiency in using AI to improve workflows and development speed.
- Strong communication skills and experience with testing practices.
