Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new strategic customers.
  • Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across Tailscale's platform.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to assess usage and success metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Relay customer feedback and insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support teams for customer success.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides for customer self-service.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a technical role with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing position.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of networking, VPNs, and security principles.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
