Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new strategic customers.
- Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across Tailscale's platform.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to assess usage and success metrics.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Relay customer feedback and insights to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support teams for customer success.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides for customer self-service.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a technical role with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing position.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative capacity.
- Strong understanding of networking, VPNs, and security principles.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
