Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, enhance, and support the Grants Funding and Early Access systems.
- Perform business analysis, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain systems, apply updates, and keep applications compliant.
- Create and maintain system documentation and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and processes.
- Provide support for solution and environment availability and performance.
- Process tickets related to the Grants Funding and Early Access applications in the Service Management tool.
- Become a SmartSimple Cloud Configuration Specialist.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.
- Experience writing prompts for artificial intelligence applications.
- Completed or in-progress degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience as a developer or in a similar position.
- Experience developing, configuring, and supporting cloud solutions, including basic architecture.
- Experience developing, supporting, and maintaining complex systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITIL, change and incident management, JIRA or similar tools, and ServiceNow or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, self-sufficient, and proactive attitude.
