Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reference architectures and integration patterns supporting cloud co-sell, marketplace listings, and joint solution briefs.
- Partner with cloud field and partner teams on solutioning for named accounts.
- Maintain marketplace presence and co-sell technical assets as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith evolve.
- Build and run a services partner enablement program with certification tracks, workshops, delivery playbooks, and implementation guides.
- Deliver certification workshops, review certification projects, and guide partner engineers through certification.
- Develop repeatable joint solutions and reference architectures with systems-integrator centers of excellence.
- Act as a technical evangelist for specific partner-led engagements and communicate the technical value of LangChain.
- Build joint business plans and shared technical roadmaps with strategic services partners.
- Support systems integrators in developing and scaling their agentic AI practices and centers of excellence.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex partner-led deployments.
- Represent LangChain at partner events, summits, and joint webinars.
- Gather partner and field feedback and route it to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing, or customer-facing role such as Partner Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer.
- Experience partnering with systems integrators, cloud providers, or technology and ISV partners on complex technical problems from solution design through delivery.
- Experience building partner enablement programs such as certifications, workshops, and delivery playbooks.
- Ability to work across engineering, partnerships, and sales and communicate with technical, business, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar, including RAG patterns and agent architecture.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks and iterating on prompts and agent behavior based on results.
- Strong Python skills.
- Working knowledge of GCP and/or Azure cloud services.
- Experience designing reusable integrations, sample repositories, or reference architectures.
- Familiarity with vector stores, tool integration, and API design in agentic systems.
