Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and complex project phases.
- Establish and maintain software development and architecture best practices.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product capabilities.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams through complex project phases.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and customization within enterprise software environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
