Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer knowledge and requirements into scalable workflows and integrations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to test features, identify use cases, and contribute to product capabilities.
- Support customer calls and demos, educate users, validate use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve the product and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
- Strong ability to use AI tools and leverage technology to scale impact.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, self-starting approach with ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in management consulting, government program delivery, or customer success is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement is preferred.
- Domain knowledge of military acquisition is preferred.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred.
- Experience with government or defense-sector clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, and NIST 800-171 is preferred.
