Responsibilities
- Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge into scalable workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test features and identify high-impact use cases.
- Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educating users on product capabilities.
- Drive successful adoption of AI solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work cross-functionally to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
- Strong user of AI tools with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
