Responsibilities
- Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for enterprise-scale autonomous software development.
- Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that convert engineering processes, standards, and architectural guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
- Establish trusted AI engineering environments with governance, validation, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability.
- Implement automated testing, evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming mechanisms for AI-generated systems.
- Translate enterprise knowledge such as architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules into machine-readable structures.
- Embed AI architectures into existing system landscapes and operating models while translating business intent into measurable impact.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and legacy systems, enterprise solutions, current market trends, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Knowledge of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, and context engineering in secure and scalable enterprise architectures.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in interdisciplinary and global teams and travel as needed.
- Fluency in both German and English.
