Responsibilities
- Act as the human supervisor for agentic projects by steering, reviewing, and validating AI-agent output against ELCA quality standards.
- Use AI development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in enterprise projects.
- Design and maintain agentic architectures and system-prompt structures for multi-agent workflows.
- Develop stable, performant Java/Angular solutions in collaboration with AI agents while following coding and CI/CD standards.
- Coach less experienced colleagues and help establish agentic engineering knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to ELCAi-Method and internal agentic engineering best practices.
- Support the acquisition of new agentic projects and demonstrate the approach to customers.
Requirements
- Completed university-level degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing modern Java applications, including Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Angular or comparable technologies.
- Experience taking responsibility for architecture decisions rather than only implementing them.
- Demonstrated practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot in real projects.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated output, recognize agent limitations, and enforce quality standards.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Knowledge of BMAD-Method, SpecKit, or structured agentic engineering frameworks is a strong advantage.
