Responsibilities
- Design and enhance software components on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Pkms for warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Develop integrations between Manhattan platforms and enterprise systems to support inventory visibility, order flow, and data exchange.
- Configure Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Pkms modules for receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Translate warehouse management and supply chain requirements into technical solutions with product owners and operations teams.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, upgrades, and enhancements for Manhattan applications and connected systems.
- Create technical specifications, configuration documents, deployment guides, validation procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Implement data validation, error handling, and logging while proposing improvements to system reliability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Seven to nine years of progressive development experience in large-scale warehouse or supply chain technology environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan Scale configuration, customization, and integration.
- Advanced practical experience with Manhattan Pkms modules and features, including fulfillment processes such as picking, cartonization, and shipping.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain management processes, including inventory flows, order lifecycles, and replenishment.
- Proficiency with relational databases and structured query logic.
- Experience coordinating development, testing, and deployment activities across onsite and remote stakeholders.
- Manhattan Associates certification in warehouse or supply chain solutions, or an equivalent platform-specific certification.
