Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, configuration, development, and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support ServiceNow solutions across at least two areas, including APO, ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Manage ServiceNow midservers, integration points, workflows, applications, system policies, update sets, releases, upgrades, clones, and platform maintenance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, bugs, and defects; support users; and build enhancements for applications on the platform.
- Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, analytics, product management, and project teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Develop reports, technical documentation, process documentation, and recommendations to improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Monitor ServiceNow health, usage, compliance, service delivery SLAs, and KPIs.
- Train junior team members and provide coaching and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combined education and work experience, is required.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development in a medium or large enterprise is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer is required.
- Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow applications such as APO, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SPM, PA, APM, and AI Agents is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, production support, enterprise implementations, customer education, data migration, third-party integrations, instance cloning, patching, and upgrades is required.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Jobs, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog UI Policies, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, Workflows, and Inbound Email Actions is required.
- Experience with automation, events, email notifications, email scripting, email templates, update sets, batch sets, transform maps, data sources, import sets, and transform scripts is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, is required.
- ServiceNow Accounts Payable Operations experience and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification are preferred.
