Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of the control and management plane for the cloud-native data protection platform.
- Drive cross-cutting technical initiatives that span multiple services.
- Make architectural decisions balancing correctness, cost, scalability, and operational simplicity.
- Write and review code while solving complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to guide designs and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex production systems.
- Proven experience leading high-impact technical initiatives from problem definition to production delivery.
- Strong ability to translate business and operational needs into technical requirements.
- Deep experience in designing distributed or cloud-native systems focused on correctness and cost efficiency.
- Experience making architectural decisions and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
