Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve API and SDK use issues.
  • Reproduce customer-reported bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve them.
  • Own support communications with developers via Slack and email.
  • Write and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the developer experience.
  • Write scripts and contribute to internal tooling.
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical customer issues.
  • Provide technical mentorship to cross-functional peers.
  • Develop and champion improvements for developer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-8+ years of experience in supporting developer-facing products.
  • Proficient in writing, debugging, and reasoning through Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Comfortable learning about APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
  • Take personal ownership of technical problems.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
  • Curious about use cases for LLMs and supporting AI tools.
