Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve API and SDK use issues.
- Reproduce customer-reported bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve them.
- Own support communications with developers via Slack and email.
- Write and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the developer experience.
- Write scripts and contribute to internal tooling.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical customer issues.
- Provide technical mentorship to cross-functional peers.
- Develop and champion improvements for developer experience.
Requirements
- 3-8+ years of experience in supporting developer-facing products.
- Proficient in writing, debugging, and reasoning through Python and/or TypeScript.
- Comfortable learning about APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Take personal ownership of technical problems.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
- Curious about use cases for LLMs and supporting AI tools.
