Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the frontend platform and drive architectural decisions.
- Architect and implement complex user interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design and evolve platform capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and influence product direction across teams.
- Establish comprehensive testing strategies and team standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to elevate team capabilities.
- Optimize CI/CD infrastructure to improve build times and deployment reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in React and modern SSR frameworks.
- Expert-level understanding of GraphQL architecture and API design.
- Proven track record of delivering accessible and scalable frontend solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing technical decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools.
- Extensive experience in designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable frontend architectures.
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented development tools.
