Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy physical AI models for robotic manipulation and navigation.
- Drive the technical approach for real-world robotic deployments.
- Research reinforcement learning, imitation learning, video-action models, and world models.
- Develop approaches for pre-training and post-training large robotics models.
- Work with multimodal data including camera, LIDAR, and tactile data.
- Build and improve real-world and simulation data pipelines, training infrastructure, and validation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other company teams and take ownership of tasks with light supervision.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in robotics, vision, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or another engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing AI-driven solutions for robotics applications such as manipulation and navigation.
- Extensive experience in computer vision, machine learning, reinforcement learning, or related AI areas, demonstrated through industry experience or publications.
- Experience with VLAs, deep reinforcement learning, imitation learning, diffusion, or world models.
- Extensive experience with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with light supervision.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
