Responsibilities
- Learn to design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features, under experienced engineers’ guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, well-documented solutions.
- Gain hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
- Support automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Perform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed components.
- Apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption, and responsible AI use.
- Contribute to task backlogs, solution documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Software Engineering and AI-related field.
- Interest or introductory experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or generative AI concepts through academic, project, or self-learning experience.
- Understanding of or hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps concepts.
- Ability to analyze problems, gather requirements, and think logically about solutions.
- Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities.
- Curiosity-driven approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Interest in learning Dataverse and data modeling for Power Platform solutions.
- Basic understanding of agile or iterative development practices.
