Responsibilities
- Own the technical design and hands-on implementation of Agentforce solutions for IPfolio business use cases.
- Define agent goals, boundaries, success measures, risks, users, and human escalation paths with cross-functional teams.
- Configure Agentforce subagents, topics, instructions, actions, channels, guardrails, deterministic logic, and Salesforce integrations.
- Design grounding and retrieval strategies using Salesforce, Data 360, knowledge, and external data sources while enforcing data quality and access controls.
- Create reusable Prompt Builder templates and custom actions, extending solutions with Apex, Flow, and integrations when needed.
- Develop test datasets and evaluation criteria, conduct positive, negative, and adversarial testing, and refine prompts, context, actions, and guardrails.
- Implement responsible AI, security, auditability, data protection, fallback, and human oversight controls.
- Deploy Agentforce metadata and supporting code through source control and CI/CD, and maintain documentation and operational runbooks.
- Monitor production quality, adoption, latency, failures, and business impact, driving continuous improvements based on evidence and feedback.
- Establish Agentforce standards, review designs and implementations, mentor developers, and share platform practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and security models.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Agentforce solutions in production.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering enterprise AI agent, Agentforce, conversational AI, or automation solutions through production deployment.
- At least 1 year of experience building AI-powered solutions with Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- At least 3 years of experience with source-controlled development, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and AI governance practices.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, or related Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Salesforce Knowledge, ETL platforms, or headless Agentforce implementations is preferred.
- Experience designing multi-agent workflows, human-in-the-loop AI processes, automated testing, observability, analytics, and AI-agent optimization is preferred.
- Experience delivering AI capabilities for SaaS, ISV, or regulated enterprise products is preferred.
