Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with project requirements and customer needs.
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.
- Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.
- Apply statistical analysis and data validation techniques to ensure training-data quality and reliability.
- Evaluate, validate, and tune models to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, technical insights, solution design, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers in machine learning concepts, coding practices, and data analysis techniques.
- Use TensorFlow or PyTorch for machine learning model development and experimentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, company policies, and quality frameworks.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements
- At least 4–7 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and programming languages such as Python.
- Experience working with large datasets and production AI systems.
- Ability to implement solutions from scratch and build products across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience or knowledge in generative AI, large language models, LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases, AI agents and frameworks, NLP, model-based development, neural network architectures, OpenCV or image processing, MLOps, model validation and evaluation, data annotation, and data modelling and design.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
