Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with Java-based backend services.
- Integrate GenAI APIs and LLM-powered capabilities into core product workflows.
- Build agentic flows, tool-using systems, and AI workflow automations with guardrails and observability.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows across design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and production readiness.
- Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and champion AI-native engineering practices.
- Own end-to-end product delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production systems.
- Strong backend development skills in Java and/or Python.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and production reliability.
- Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM features, assistants, or AI-powered product capabilities into production systems.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development workflows for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated outputs and maintain engineering standards.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
