Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Configure workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Support CMDB design, data governance, and service mapping initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions through solution design workshops.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to support successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of ServiceNow environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong ServiceNow development expertise, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
- Hands-on implementation experience in at least two of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
