Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Develop and maintain backend services and automation scripts.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient deployments.
- Provide L2/L3 support, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings clearly.
- Collaborate with engineers, operations, and business teams to support Oracle Retail solutions.
- Manage source code using version control systems and follow best practices.
- Support the stability, performance, and security of cloud-based environments.
Requirements
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or Shell.
- Backend development experience using Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and/or Ansible).
- Experience using version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab).
- Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support, including troubleshooting and RCA documentation.
- Upper-intermediate English level (spoken and written).
