Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement platform features.
- Design and deliver essential backend components for robust and scalable distributed services.
- Contribute to technical vision and roadmap planning with attention to performance, security, usability, and future scalability.
- Improve the performance of key Java features and challenge existing approaches where appropriate.
- Help continuously improve implementation, testing, and monitoring practices for high-quality features.
- Take leadership in delivering roadmap items with the team.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Java and Spring Boot as a primarily backend engineer.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and the software development life cycle.
- Commitment to building secure, well-tested, pragmatic, user-focused software.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
