Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement platform features.
- Lead the team in establishing a technical vision for performance, security, and usability.
- Continuously improve the implementation, testing, and monitoring of high-quality features.
- Enhance the performance of key Java features, challenging the status quo.
- Take leadership on delivering roadmap items with the team.
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap creation for upcoming quarters.
Requirements
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Expert knowledge of Java and Spring Boot as a backend engineer.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and the software development life cycle.
- User-first mindset focused on delivering secure, well-tested, and pragmatic code.
- Fluency in English.
