Responsibilities
- Own the technical side of enterprise deployments from initial scoping through go-live and expansion.
- Act as the customer's main technical point of contact for engineers, operations teams, and leadership.
- Translate customer workflows into platform configurations, automations, and product requirements.
- Design and deliver integrations and data flows in partnership with internal engineering teams.
- Configure, deploy, and tune AI agents and automated workflows for production customer processes.
- Build rapid prototypes and demos to demonstrate potential solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in live deployments and communicate platform limitations clearly.
- Support Deployment Strategists in commercial relationships and feed customer insights into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing engineering role at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong engineering skills with practical fluency in Python and SQL and experience working across systems, APIs, and real-world data.
- Production experience with LLMs and agentic tooling, including judgment about reliability and limitations.
- Ability to build and iterate quickly in ambiguous, unstructured environments.
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers.
- STEM degree from a top university or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Preferred experience in wealth management, financial services, fintech, the US RIA landscape, enterprise-scale data integration, data pipelines, or systems migration.
- Preferred hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar.
