Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and operate scalable voice infrastructure and real-time communication services.
- Build distributed systems for voice signaling, media processing, routing, and real-time communications at global scale.
- Work with SIP signaling, media handling, WebRTC, distributed systems, and cloud-native platform development.
- Troubleshoot production systems and operate highly available services at scale.
- Drive technical design discussions and mentor engineers across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience using C or C++.
- Experience with real-time communication platforms such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Asterisk, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience developing scalable backend or distributed systems software.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, load balancing, and distributed system concepts.
- Experience with SIP, RTP, and VoIP technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience with WebRTC and modern real-time communication architectures.
- Preferred: familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and scalable event-driven systems.
