Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, flows, workflows, and other Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware where applicable.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve defects identified during QA/UAT.
- Support deployments across environments using appropriate Salesforce deployment tools while maintaining code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Analyze existing functionality, identify technical improvements, and align solutions with Salesforce capabilities and governance standards.
- Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, deployment support, and post-production assistance.
Requirements
- Experience developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, flows, workflows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, unit testing, QA/UAT defect resolution, and Salesforce deployment activities.
