Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, secure, scalable software solutions.
  • Develop full-stack Java applications using Spring and front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
  • Build REST-based web services and write performant Oracle or SQL Server database queries.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on usable user interfaces and visualizations.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, iteration planning, feature sizing, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Provide support during system and user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain awareness of technology trends and follow Mastercard security policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and supporting full-stack Java applications.
  • Experience with Spring 5 or higher and Java 8 or higher.
  • Experience writing Oracle or SQL Server database queries.
  • Experience with React or Angular for front-end development.
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated release tools such as Jenkins, Maven or Gradle, SonarQube, and Chef, or compatible alternatives.
  • Experience with Tomcat or Apache servers and development environments such as STS, Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio.
  • Experience developing REST-based web services using Spring REST API.
  • Understanding of the complete software development life cycle and Agile methodology.
  • Technical strength and experience working in global teams.
