Base Salary
$185k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
- Partner with product and design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Be available for stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building AI features end to end in production.
- Proven fullstack experience, including designing and scaling React-based UIs and backend services.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with at least one backend language such as Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Professional experience building AI agent-driven product experiences.
- Experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and integrating external tools into LLM-based systems.
- Machine learning experience in applied settings.
- Familiarity with data and infrastructure patterns for AI systems.
- Ability to problem-solve from first principles and drive work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to cross-functional stakeholders.
