Base Salary
$195k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Tackle the highest-leverage problem on the board each week.
- Ship solutions across the stack, including backend, infrastructure, tooling, and occasionally frontend.
- Unblock other engineers by building the tools and fixes they need.
- Own hard, cross-cutting problems that don't fit neatly on any one team.
- Raise the bar on reliability and developer experience platform-wide.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack or platform engineering.
- Strong generalist with experience shipping across many parts of a system.
- Ability to thrive on variety and ambiguity, picking up new things quickly.
- Proactive and action-oriented, with a track record of finishing what you start.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
