Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continuously improve enterprise security solutions across endpoint, cloud, network, DevOps and security monitoring environments.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient and operationally effective security infrastructure controls.
- Evaluate, select, implement and integrate security tools and platforms, including automation initiatives.
- Oversee patch management across systems and hardware.
- Support server hardening and secure configuration work with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
- Provide security oversight across projects and change initiatives from design through delivery.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews and due diligence activities.
- Coordinate alignment between the CISO function and Infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to cybersecurity risk management and continuous security maturity improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing enterprise security platforms.
- Strong knowledge of security risk management tools and techniques.
- Deep understanding of security solutions including SIEM, PAM, IGA, endpoint protection and email/web gateways.
- Knowledge of firewall technologies and cloud security standards and solutions is desirable.
- Strong understanding of core IT and networking principles and awareness of the evolving threat landscape.
- Significant experience in IT security.
- Experience with ISO27001, NIST or similar frameworks.
- Financial services or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication and end-to-end delivery skills.
- CISSP certification, achieved or in progress, is desirable.
