Responsibilities
- Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions to customers.
- Partner with the Customer Organization to ensure account success.
- Conduct technical discovery, demos, and presentations for sales support.
- Implement and maintain technology toolkits for demonstrations and POCs.
- Advise customers on best practices for MongoDB architectures and strategies.
- Diagnose issues within customer environments and provide recommendations.
- Translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
- Drive customer demand within a sales territory through proactive engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, consulting, or Pre-Sales.
- 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience with enterprise software.
- 2+ years of software development experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Strong understanding of scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and improve processes.
- High levels of organization and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
