Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on implementation, usage, and development support for ION at customer sites.
- Partner with customers to understand operational problems and develop tailored strategies and software solutions.
- Build custom web applications and work with large-scale data to solve customer-facing problems.
- Own the development and delivery of solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code across the stack.
- Execute high-stakes projects end to end in small teams.
- Use customer feedback and requirements to continuously improve the ION product.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience shipping production-quality code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across customer and internal teams.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites as needed.
- Desired experience in manufacturing, product management, or lead engineering.
- Desired experience with Python and/or React with TypeScript.
- Interest or experience in using large-scale data to solve customer-facing problems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
