Base Salary

$150k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, web scrapers, and RPA tooling as needed.
Participate in client discovery sessions to map workflows and translate them into technical requirements.
Ship custom integrations quickly and iterate based on feedback from live deployments.
Contribute to the core product when integration work is not the bottleneck.
Develop working knowledge of the US provider and payer landscape.

Have 2–5 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production features.
Have startup experience owning features or products end-to-end in small teams, from discovery through delivery.
Demonstrate experience integrating with third-party APIs.
Be proficient in Python and FastAPI or an equivalent backend framework, plus React and TypeScript or equivalent frontend technologies.
Use AI coding tools hands-on and have real shipped production work to demonstrate.
Communicate technical problems and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include web scraping or RPA experience, AWS or GCP infrastructure experience, production LLM application development, and prior US healthcare or provider/payer systems experience.

Salary of $150,000–$230,000 USD annually.
Hybrid work based in Los Angeles, California, with in-person presence required when called upon.
Some travel is expected.
