Responsibilities
- Deploy Medeloop systems and products into customer cloud environments using infrastructure as code and the deployment pipeline.
- Build connectors and tools integrating lakehouse tables, internal APIs, and EHR data over FHIR.
- Translate customer procedures, definitions, and business logic into agent workflows and playbooks.
- Define evaluations and launch criteria, test workflows against expert-trusted answers, and ship when requirements are met.
- Scope, estimate, build, test, launch, monitor, and improve customer workflows against agreed success criteria.
- Guide customer security teams through private connectivity, access controls, and PHI handling in HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Convert custom implementations into reusable connectors, playbooks, and platform features while feeding field learnings back to product and engineering.
- Participate in discovery and scoping conversations and help size work before pricing.
Requirements
- Experience building scalable agentic systems that perform long-horizon, multi-step tasks and designing evaluation frameworks for reliability.
- Experience building with LLM APIs, including tool calling, MCP or similar protocols, prompt and workflow design, and evaluations.
- Deep day-to-day fluency with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, with a track record of using them to ship high-quality code quickly.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers and their infrastructure.
- Experience with data lakehouses and warehouses.
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to turn ambiguous customer requests into scoped, shippable work while collaborating with researchers, data engineers, and security leaders.
- Willingness to work autonomously, learn unfamiliar workflows, maintain security standards, and travel to customer sites.
- Preferred experience with EHR, claims, OMOP, or FHIR data; HIPAA or other regulated deployment environments; forward-deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering; containers; and sandboxing.
