Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable applications, APIs, and data architectures.
- Industrialize large-scale data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, streaming, and batch processing.
- Contribute to AI and GenAI solutions integrated into client products.
- Help build and evolve the MLOps and Data Engineering stack.
- Participate in code reviews, challenge implementations, and share engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and product teams through agile ceremonies and sprint reviews.
- Mentor and help develop junior profiles according to seniority.
- Contribute to R&D and cross-functional internal projects involving operations, security, tooling, training, and innovation.
- Participate occasionally in technical discussions with commercial teams for pre-sales and project scoping.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Kotlin, Scala, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software development and how the Web works.
- Proficiency in SQL and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with backend and/or frontend frameworks such as Spring, NestJS, React, or Angular.
- Experience designing and industrializing data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Docker.
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack cloud architectures.
- Preferred: experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, or BentoML.
- Preferred: experience with orchestration or streaming tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Airflow.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Preferred: knowledge of unit, integration, and load testing, with TDD appreciated.
- Preferred: knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Preferred: knowledge of UNIX and Bash.
- Product orientation and interest in client relationships are valued; UX/UI tooling or product design knowledge is a bonus.
- Curiosity, autonomy, adaptability, teamwork, knowledge sharing, and comfort in demanding, fast-changing environments are valued.
