Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce declarative customizations, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, and Apex.
- Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders and product managers and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, batch jobs, APIs, and other integration tools.
- Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
- Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support across the software development lifecycle.
- Apply Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and protections for patient health data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing Salesforce platform support and maintenance.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and implement platform improvements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, data models, security models, and sharing settings.
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- AWS platform development knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Center is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce testing frameworks, HTML, CSS, and Mulesoft is preferred.
