Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative customizations.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and product managers and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, batch jobs, and other integration tools and APIs.
- Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity, security, sharing settings, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, post-implementation support, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues while providing ongoing platform support and maintenance.
- Monitor new Salesforce capabilities and recommend and implement platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, data and security models, sharing settings, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub and DevOps Center.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator certification, experience with Health Cloud or Experience Cloud, HTML, CSS, Salesforce testing frameworks, AWS platform development, and Mulesoft.
