Responsibilities
- Improve the performance of PostgREST’s PostgreSQL driver, which is based on Hasql.
- Develop new PostgREST features and fix bugs in support of a multitenant Data API.
- Resolve incidents and escalated user support issues.
- Improve observability and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to debug and solve Supabase platform integration issues.
Requirements
- Strong Haskell skills with at least three years of experience.
- Experience using the C programming language.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/pgSQL scripting in PostgreSQL.
- A strong track record of contributing to and engaging with open-source projects; maintaining an open-source project is preferred.
- Strong experience providing technical support to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Experience debugging applications under Linux.
