Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and reusable automation components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
- Create Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents.
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot bot failures and production issues.
- Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
- Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
Requirements
- At least four years of UiPath development experience.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
- Prior experience in biotech, healthtech, or another regulated industry is preferred.
