Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design, fit-gap analysis, and solution shaping for grants and funding solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Define future-state business processes, user journeys, functional designs, user stories, and delivery backlogs.
  • Design end-to-end grants lifecycle solutions covering applications, assessments, approvals, awards, claims, and reporting.
  • Design and review external portal experiences using Power Pages.
  • Provide functional leadership across build, test, and UAT phases.
  • Facilitate client workshops, walkthroughs, and design sessions and act as the functional client contact throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams on scalable, platform-aligned solutions and integration patterns.
  • Support proposals, opportunity shaping, solution positioning, scope definition, estimations, and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
  • High-level understanding of Azure integration services and patterns, including APIs, middleware, and event-based integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, platform-aligned solutions.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting opportunities and delivery.
  • Experience with grants management or public sector delivery is desirable but not mandatory.
  • ERP integration experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics is desirable.
  • Consulting or advisory experience and exposure to government or regulated industries are desirable.
