Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise-wide Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture aligned with business goals.
- Design end-to-end AI systems covering model selection, context engineering, application integration, and deployment.
- Lead reusable frameworks, accelerators, and multi-agent architectures for enterprise use cases.
- Drive AI prototyping, proofs of concept, and MVP initiatives across industries.
- Establish AI governance, standards, compliance, ethics, security, lifecycle, and performance practices.
- Design scalable integrations across enterprise AI platforms and ecosystems.
- Collaborate with business leaders, AI strategists, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor architects and support high-performing AI engineering teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and hands-on Generative AI or Agentic AI experience.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale Generative AI and multi-agent systems.
- Proven enterprise architecture experience with frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio or Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience defining AI governance models, compliance frameworks, and enterprise AI strategies.
- Ability to design scalable architectures integrating AI platforms across enterprise ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership.
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein GPT, ServiceNow Now Assist, SAP Joule, Workday AI, or Oracle AI Services is helpful.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud AI deployments, AI observability, agent lifecycle management, and interoperability standards is helpful.
- Active participation in AI communities, industry forums, or thought leadership initiatives is helpful.
