Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Agentic AI solutions spanning data, semantic and knowledge, agent, orchestration, control, integration, and user-interaction layers.
- Design and integrate AI agents and GenAI assistants for incident triage, ticket summarization, knowledge assistance, service-request automation, and runbook execution.
- Develop AIOps and observability architectures covering telemetry, logs, metrics, traces, event correlation, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, noise reduction, and alerting.
- Integrate monitoring and AIOps platforms with ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow for ticketing, routing, workflows, and remediation.
- Design runbook automation, orchestration, and self-healing solutions governed through ITIL processes.
- Create HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, integration designs, deployment models, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and measurement frameworks.
- Adapt reference architectures to customer cloud, infrastructure, container, and Kubernetes environments.
- Lead customer technical discussions and defend architectures with enterprise architects and Architecture Review Boards.
- Support RFPs, proposals, presales solutioning, technical demonstrations, POVs, transformation roadmaps, estimates, and value propositions.
- Provide architectural direction to distributed implementation teams and ensure alignment with approved designs and technical standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience with solution architecture exposure across application support, managed services, IT operations, automation, or transformation.
- Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI and GenAI architectures, including AI agents, orchestration, knowledge and semantic layers, enterprise integrations, and agentic workflows.
- Experience designing or integrating AIOps and observability solutions using platforms such as Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Elastic/ELK, or Datadog.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Event Management.
- Experience integrating monitoring and automation platforms with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools.
- Experience designing automation, orchestration, runbook, and self-healing solutions, with working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, shell scripting, APIs, or related technologies.
- Experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to create and adapt solution architectures, HLDs, LLDs, integration designs, and customer-specific architecture diagrams.
- Strong customer-facing presentation and technical solution defense experience with enterprise architects and Architecture Review Boards.
- Exposure to RFPs, presales solutioning, POVs, or technical demonstrations.
