Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop automations.
- Analyze projects and strategic decisions using data to improve experiences for driver partners and riders.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that powers policies.
- Coordinate with global Community Operations teams to measure the impact and efficiency of products and business processes.
- Build, maintain, and automate detailed processes for city, regional, and global operations.
- Work collaboratively with remote teams across time zones and transfer knowledge to team members.
Requirements
- Require 1–2 years of work experience in software engineering.
- Require exceptional JavaScript knowledge and a strong SQL background.
- Require the ability to develop strategies and foster a cohesive, creative environment with remote teams across time zones.
- Require strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Require the ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team.
- Intermediate Python and basic Golang experience are preferred.
- Experience with JSON data manipulation, Git-based code management, Vertica, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or Lucid Charts is preferred.
