Software Engineering MTS- Salesforce Developer
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Follow and help define coding standards and lead project code reviews.
- Manage technical delivery of Salesforce custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Design Salesforce custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, and dashboards.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom capabilities in Salesforce using Apex and Lightning technologies.
- Manage Salesforce data uploads, feeds, and integrations.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and evaluate the scope of new development requests.
- Debug project and performance issues at both the client and Apex layers.
- Assess the impact of requirements on Salesforce organizations and upstream and downstream systems.
- Design scalable, performance-driven solutions for desktop and mobile experiences.
- Support environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Deep understanding of AI tooling, artificial intelligence concepts, and Salesforce Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Apex, and Flows.
- Knowledge of Salesforce asynchronous capabilities, integration patterns, data processing engineering, and the Salesforce product suite.
- Understanding of systems architecture, scalability, design patterns, large data volume limitations, data sharing, and visibility considerations.
- Understanding of SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS, and SSL security and authentication patterns.
- Strong knowledge of environment and release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, CI/CD processes, and enterprise pipeline setup.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
- Ability to design mobile- and desktop-compatible experiences and troubleshoot client-layer and Apex-layer performance issues.
