Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive all aspects of the development process for platform projects.
- Design new platform functionality and developer-facing APIs.
- Build and maintain scalable web services.
- Identify developer needs and create protocols to improve developer velocity.
- Engage with the open-source community on diverse projects.
- Collaborate on code reviews and design discussions.
- Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Author detailed technical specifications to contribute to the design process.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing software in a collaborative team.
- Strong fundamentals in computer science, including data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in server application languages such as Go, Python, Rust, C#, Java, or C++.
- Experience supporting production web services at scale.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
- Solid grasp of software design patterns and modular component building.
- Familiarity with existing frameworks and open-source tools.
- Passion for performance optimization and debugging.
- An open, empathetic mindset for collaboration.
