Responsibilities
- Review, refine, and iterate on prompts for Cohere’s Command model.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and evaluate custom tools.
- Contribute to the development of core agents for deployment on the North platform.
- Design and build tailored agents based on customer business needs.
- Define and track key metrics to ensure agent performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience deploying LLM-powered agents in production environments.
- Enthusiasm for solving complex challenges in enterprise settings.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments with diverse perspectives.
- Technical versatility in software engineering and machine learning.
- Background in analytics, NLP, or related fields.
- 0–5 years of professional experience with a growth mindset.
