Responsibilities
- Create architectural designs and technology strategies for new and existing products.
- Define product requirements, architecture frameworks, reusable patterns, target-state solutions, and investment roadmaps.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and validate solutions for technical feasibility, cost structure, scalability, reliability, deployment compatibility, and customer differentiation.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture assurance for custom solution design, development, implementation, and deployment.
- Support RFP solutioning, pre-sales presentations, client engagement, negotiations, and trusted-advisor activities.
- Analyze impacts, risks, root causes, and tradeoffs associated with architectural changes and product requirements.
- Support delivery teams during product deployment and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop product validation and performance testing plans and maintain product roadmaps.
- Build relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, delivery teams, and other stakeholders.
- Develop technical, business-process, and support metrics, risk mitigation plans, enterprise frameworks, and related artifacts.
- Create thought leadership materials including white papers, blogs, case studies, demos, and points of view.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects.
- Manage team resourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, retention, diversity, engagement, and career progression.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience or skills in Product Test Automation.
- Demonstrated ability to design product architectures and define technology strategies.
- Experience providing technical leadership, solution assurance, client-facing architecture support, and delivery assistance.
- Ability to develop proof-of-concepts, analyze risks and impacts, and validate solutions against business and technical requirements.
- Ability to mentor technical personnel and manage team performance, talent development, and engagement.
- Ability to create technical thought leadership content and represent architectural recommendations to clients and industry audiences.
