Responsibilities
- Design and implement pipelines and tools for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
- Define and implement tools that enable adherence to DevOps best practices.
- Own and deliver a suite of platform services for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure reliability and availability in cloud environments.
- Facilitate fast, reliable, and safe production deployments.
- Collaborate with geo-distributed teams to improve quality and deployment times.
- Focus on automation in all processes.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience.
- Strong belief in DevOps and Agile principles.
- Passion for automation.
- Comfort with cloud deployments, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Proficiency with Kubernetes.
- Linux system proficiency.
- Preferred: Strong container/serverless experience.
- Preferred: Proficient knowledge of Python.
- Preferred: Experience with Hashicorp tools like Terraform and Vault.
- Preferred: Familiarity with telemetry tools and RDS databases.
